We are only able to offer USPS shipping within the United States at this time. All rates are by weight and sent Express Mail. If you require urgent shipping please email us know and we will try to accommodate your request as best we can.
If you live outside the US or need us to ship to an international address please drop us a line at email@example.com and we can work with you on obtaining shipping quotes.
We are sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. As a small operation we thank you for understanding our inability to offer this service at this time. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will tend to your concerns immediately.
Discrepancies & Shortages
If your order is received with any notable shortcomings please contact us at email@example.com so we can resolve the issue immediately.
All discrepancy, shortage, and broken merchandise requests must be made within 15 days of the issued invoice date.
